Overview
Persistence AI offers AI-based conversational solutions for sales. The platform provides AI-powered sales assistants that engage and qualify new or existing leads and automatically turn them into high-intent inbound calls — increasing lead-to-call rates, reducing overall costs, and letting sales reps focus on closing instead of dialing or qualifying. As the only developer assigned to the application, I owned the architectural and database design, coding, refactoring, and deployment. I solved complex performance and architectural challenges and integrated third-party APIs including Dialogflow for NLP and Twilio for texting and calling, working closely with the Project Manager. Key capabilities included speed-to-lead calls and SMS to new leads in under 5 minutes, stale-lead reactivation, 24/7 coverage, live hot-call transfers, qualified appointment booking, and an omni-channel communication strategy with live CRM updates.
