Overview
Breakthrough (BPTM) provides a marketing and CRM platform for private-practice physical therapists and chiropractors, helping them save time and get consistent results from their marketing to generate new patients. I architected and developed the SaaS application end-to-end — analysis, database design, coding, refactoring, and deployment — solved complex performance problems and architectural challenges, built a RESTful API, integrated third-party APIs, and distributed tasks to and collaborated with other developers. The platform offers reliable online advertising across Facebook, Google, Instagram, and YouTube; pre-built, optimized direct-response landing pages; effortless lead management across all campaigns; pre-built email automation; two-way texting; call tracking; instant notifications; and intuitive built-in reporting.
