ActiveBuilding — Property Management SaaS

Overview

ActiveBuilding is a reliable, collaborative property management platform for property managers, owners, and tenants. It is a paperless, social solution that improves relationships, builds property reputation, and increases retention, with an embedded social network where tenants can create profiles, share, and plan community activities. I wrote clean, scalable, maintainable code for the SaaS application, built RESTful APIs and integrated third-party APIs, and worked closely with the development team and management. When I left the project, more than two hundred companies/buildings were using the application.
