My Responsibilities:
- Architectural and database design, coding, refactoring and deployment. I was the only person assigned to develop this application.
- Solving complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integrating 3rd party APIs (Ex: Dialogflow for NLP and Twilio for texting and calling)
- Working closely with the Project Manager
Results include:
- Increased lead-to-call conversion rates by 25% and reduced operation costs by 20%.
