ActiveBuilding is a reliable and collaborative property management software designed for property managers, owners, and tenants alike. It is a paperless, social solution that enables users to maintain cordial relationships thus building property reputation and increasing retention. The platform enables property owners/managers to communicate with tenants and send messages to specific groups of people. ActiveBuilding includes an embedded social network where tenants can share recipes, create profiles, and plan community activities, collaboratively. It also enables property managers to schedule and track maintenance tasks, without relying on the tedious paper-centric task management process.
